1st June marked the Gawai celebration in Sarawak.  It was public holiday for the state of Sarawak, and we took the opportunity to head to Sri Aman.  Indulged in the 1Sarawak spirit, we visited Gina and her family on our way exiting Kuching town. We had a great meal, thanks to Uncle Garai’s hospitable family, plus we didn’t have breakfast that day.

Bagai orang mengantuk disorongkan bantal… Apa lagi, I tambah sampai dua kali!

During the transit at Gina’s place, something very funny happened but I’ll let Gina document the event.  Anyway, we reached Sri Aman three hours later.  We arrived at the house at 3:30 pm and a few hours later,  Mak Wa+Abg K and the boys announced their arrival, alongside with a yummy, rich and thick chocolate cake to celebrate the twins’ birthday.  However, it was my little girl who stole the limelight and her abang-abang was OK with it.

Birthday boys: Ael and Anel. I still fail to distinguish them. The one in blue is their elder brother, Elfi. The fourth person in the pic is my ever so beautiful sis in law.

This entry is dedicated to my two nephews: Ael and Anel.  Happy birthday and wish you both all the best in your studies.  Nakal boleh, tapi jangan lebih-lebih… Your mom jugak yang serabut nanti! Eheheheheh.
